Apple has already released a selection of gadgets equipped with their latest Apple Silicon M2 processor chips. The tech giant from Cupertino is now looking to introduce new MacBooks that feature the more powerful M2 chips.
14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro
The most recent news is that Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reported that Apple may release 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros outfitted with M2 Pro and M2 Max processors sometime at the beginning of 2023.
It was anticipated that the new MacBook Pro models would be released this year, but internal delays have caused the product to be delayed. It now appears that the company has finally resolved the issue and is preparing to release the devices early in the following year.
Around March 2023
The 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models aren’t expected to be released until around March 2023, although there isn’t a specific launch date yet. It is not anticipated that the laptops will differ significantly from the current models, apart from the upgraded chips and possibly faster RAM.

The 14″ and 16″ MacBook Pro, released in October 2020, are equipped with the M1 Pro and M1 Max chipsets, respectively. A notable design feature of these laptops is the top-center notch on the display. Additionally, the machines are equipped with an HDMI port, MagSafe port and an SD card reader slot.
In addition to the MacBook Pro models, the report indicates that the firm is in the process of creating a new iMac with an M3 chip, which is projected to be available by the end of 2023. Moreover, a new Mac Mini powered by an M2 series processor is being developed, though no launch date has been reported yet.
