Recently, information about the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro smartphones has increased. It is scheduled to be launched in December and the design is quite different from the existing models. Now we have new details on the timing of the announcement.

Xiaomi 13 will debut in China

Blogger Sahil Karul explained that the Xiaomi 13 series will debut in China on December 1. He also shared some renderings of the base model in blue and brown. Obviously, the design will be the same.

Xiaomi 13: Screen

The smartphone will have a flat screen with thin bezels and flat side bezels like the iPhone 14. The main camera module also gets a new design with a larger lens. There were earlier reports online that the SoC will be based on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and that one of the variants will have 12 GB of RAM.

According to the Geekbench test, the smartphone scored 1497 points in the single-core test and, 5089 points in the multi-core test. The base version has a 6.2-inch AMOLED screen with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It is rated to have a large 50-megapixel Sony IMX8 camera sensor and a 120-watt fast wired charger.

Xiaomi 13 Pro

The Pro model uses the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform, but according to our tests, it scored 1,504 points in the single-core test and 5,342 points in the multi-core test.
