On Monday, the instant messaging app announced a new messaging feature that will be available to all Android and iPhone users in the coming weeks. This feature was tested in October. Now, the developer has confirmed that this feature has been rolled out globally.
Message Yourself
Message Yourself — is a chat room that only you can see. You can send messages just like any other chat room. You can use this chat to write important notes, save web links, or download documents, voice recordings, and other information.
These features are new to WhatsApp, but users have been using workarounds for some time. To do this, they created a group and then deleted other members to create a private chat.
This feature is available on other platforms, especially after the release of Telegram.
