Apple has been working on new MacBook Pro models for some time now, and it appears that the Cupertino-based technology giant is now finally all set to launch the new laptops.
Upgraded Features
Ahead of the official launch, the upcoming Apple MacBook Pro model has been spotted on Canada’s regulatory database, indicating that the launch of the device isn’t too far. The regulatory database listing reveals that the MacBook Pro laptop will come packed with Wi-Fi 6E support. The current MacBook Pro models come with support for Wi-Fi 6 standard, which is limited to 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.
The certificate number for the device with Apple MacBook Pro branding is 579C-A2779. Apart from the upgraded support for the wireless network, the devices are also expected to have a few changes compared to the current generation models, including more ports, a notch on top of the screen, and more.
Rumored Launch
Rumors indicate that the Apple MacBook Pro could come in two sizes — 14-inch and 16-inch, powered by the M2 Pro and M2 Max chips. It is also being said that the devices could launch later today through a press release shared by the company. Given that the laptop has appeared in the regulatory database, the launch is happening very soon, which is in line with the rumors of the device launching today.
