This new chip offers a 40% increase in CPU performance and a 35% increase in GPU power compared to the Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 processor used in the original Galaxy Book Go.
The Galaxy Book 2 Go also includes features such as faster wireless connectivity with WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2, LPDDR4X RAM clocking at 3,200 MHz, and NVMe SSD storage.

Qualcomm claims the chip also offers improved AI processing and is more power efficient, having been fabricated on TSMC’s 6nm node. While the chip is 5G enabled, the Galaxy Book 2 Go will only support WiFi for now, with a 5G version expected to be released later this year.
